YOGA AND MINDFULNESS TO PROMOTE WELLBEING

Classes are taught in fun and engaging ways that are accessible for all.

Yoga and mindfulness practices help to promote wellbeing and have many benefits for the mind and body. Classes help to increase flexibility, co-ordination and balance as well as developing confidence and self-esteem. The children are taught useful strategies to help them to feel calm and every class ends with a relaxation.

Saturdays (term time only)
Age 5-7: 9.00-9.30am
Age 8-11: 9.40-10.10am AND 10.20-10.50am
Classes are limited to 6
Pre- booking is essential

Fridays (term time only)

 Age 5-7: 4.00-4.30 pm

Age 7-11: 4.35-5.05pm

PRIVATE SESSSIONS

Cordelia offers a limited amount of private lessons in the Bristol/Bath area. Please call for a chat to discuss ways that she can help your child to experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. She also runs family sessions which have been very well received.

SCHOOLS

Cordelia is a primary school teacher and offers a limited amount of classes to other primary schools. Most recently, she has been teaching at a Breakfast Club which has been a great success.
